    I think that was for sale at the Revival this year, had a good drool over it then! Just ended with reserve not met, not surprised at a touch over 15 grand!

    The engine alone is probably worth 15K or more.

    Definitely, in fact probably £25k+ when you look at the cost of the new cammer heads. A "standard" 427 sideoiler rebuilt is best part of £12k from Southern Automotive by the time it gets here.

    Hmm that's funny, the same seller listed the same cammer engine out of that car a few months ago, same pics of the engine bay; I know because I spoke to the seller on the phone and bid on it, but was pipped at the post within 10 seconds of auction end. Maybe the winning bidder didn't show or pay up......
