    How did it go? Weather wasn't brilliant.
    DAX with 4.6 RV8 re-built in 2014 using all new bits.

    Hi Mark, well I got damp twice on the way down & it rained while stopped at the naval base car park
    Parked as close to the ship as possible then Darren gave me a nice tour round the ship & a pleasant lunch while it was raining outside
    Unfortunately where the ship was docked there was no vehicle access so no shots of the car with ship in the background ;(
    It stopped raining just in time to take the departing captain for a drive & drop him off at his home, then I got quite wet on the way home
    Well worth doing & everyone was very friendly, enjoyed the day immensely
    The Yellow Crendon 427SC, 448 FE Ford & Tremec TKO600. 2008 till RIP.

    Any pics Tony? What ship was it BTW?

    I remember Kaase saying to build a 400+ HP Cleveland you "use good parts and then starting pulling plug wires 'till you get there"...

    Cool, (its a T45 not 42 though!) ..We supply some of our kit onto Daring. Being chauffeured away in a Big Block Crendon is indeed a very fitting send-off for a naval captain
