    Hi,
I also wondered about the washer size. Namrick sell different diameter M6 washers and depending on which one you use will obviously impact angle.
I called AK today and asked them the size of their M6 washers - Bob confirmed theirs are 11.5mm diameter.

    Cheers

I'm sure my bag of bolts and bits from Ak had those washers included.

I received my kit on Wednesday and currently at this stage, I used the washers on the lower bolt as mentioned. I am getting about 7.5-8 degs on the right and about 10 on the left. I was happy to keep 7-8 as having power steering.

I will go back to put shims on the upper ball joint on the left side as want to match.

My question is if the shims suddenly push me towards 12 degs and no shims is 10, how do I reduce it to 7-8?

What are the tolerances? Is having around 8 instead of 5-6 ok if have power steering?

What does this effect on the car?
