That's exactly what I do with mine, depending on my mood!

Well, it arrived today, incredibly quickly! Fortunately, my adaptor (Raid 76mm to Momo 70mm) had arrived, so I thought bolting it up would be a simple job.

Sadly not... the adaptor arrived with M5 cap head screws but the Snap Off QR adaptor is threaded M6. I have plenty of M6 screws, so didn't think it would be a problem but the cap heads didn't fit in the recess provided. Ended up turning 6 down in the lathe to fit. Then it transpired they were too long so had to cut each one off a bit...

The horn button needs an adaptor to work with the QR coupling too but I can 3D print one of those fairly easily, I think. Looks great:

I have been very pleased with mine. After many years saying I felt wooden wheel would lack grip, I have to eat my words !!

Horn adaptor printed (using 22LR shell cases as contacts) - works fine!

Hardly likely to use live ones!

Wheel had first proper outing this morning. The boss is rubbing so I've ground the escutcheon down more and won't have the adjuster full back
