hi from Paul in France, looking for a cobra.

    Hi
    I live in S/W France.
I've converted several cobras from rhd to lhd for different people and
now looking for one for myself.
I liked the hawk, but the mg front suspension and brakes.
Pilgrim's are ok ( depending how they where built ).
    I still like the brightwheels.

If any one knows of a project ( correctly registered if pos )
    please let me know.

    Thanks Paul

    Hi Paul
When you say correctly registered, do you mean UK registered or French registered ?

Where are you located as I am in the Northern Dordogne.

    Cheers

    Paul

Hi Paul, isn't it easier to buy a cobra that is already registered in Europe?
from what I've heard, once a car is registered in Europe (a countrie in Europe)it has to be admitted (registerd)in every European countrie.
Here in Belgium you can register any car you can from a European countrie for 1 euro customs fee.

last year I have visited montauban on our 2 week trip with the cobra.

    greetings bart

    Hi Bart

You are correct that the European rules suggest that it should be easy but, this is France where the rules are mere guidelines to be interpreted as the local civil servant see's fit !!
