When my AK arrived the body was on the chassis and both were sitting on a wheeled frame.
This frame allowed the whole thing to be rolled off the transporter.
I am lucky enough to live not that far from AK so I could just roll it ito my garage and return the frame shortly after.
I had prepared a pallet with four castors. I jacked the frame up far enough to get the pallet under the car then lowered the car onto the pallet. You have to manouver the frame around the jacks to get it out. I used four jack stands and a jack.
You can then send the frame back to AK.
The body is not very heavy and well within the capacity of four small pulleys.
I rigged up four hooks to the beams in the garage and lifted the body off the chassis.
I rolled the chassis out of the garage and put it on the jack stands and moved the pallet under the body and lowered the body onto the pallet.
I rolled the body out of the garage and into the back garden.
I then moved the chassis back into the garage using a sack barrow and my jack.
    Then the fun started.....

    All on my own

    Thanks all some good ideas.
I'm now thinking of backing the trailer into the garage, then using jacks lift the lot and slide scaffold planks underneath and rest them on blocks either side allowing me to remove the trailer leaving the body and chassis on blocks and planks, before lowering onto axle stands🤔

Is that average size for a garage in North Wales? Because if it is, I'm moving!

That you do! I'd kill for that height, you'd get a nice lift in there
Still, I have plans to retire in Yorkshire rather than Wales, despite my other half being Welsh!
