    AK Triple Splitter Fitting

Hi folks, I have just drilled the holes for the triple splitter and am left wondering if I've done it right. I put the splitter in position as best I could and marked the drill hole positions. However the splitter is not perfectly perpendicular to the nose opening as it was tricky to get the right angle - the lower splitter fin is closer to the body than the top fin. It looks OK though I think. How have others placed it? I hope I have explained this clearly enough.

    Cheers Mike

If I remember the middle fin comes through the opening and I positioned mine so both top and bottom fin had an even (about a 3mm) gap to the shell.

Biggest issue I had was trying to decide which way up it was supposed to go.

I've sat mine slightly back and have a difference as you do. See the blog pics - I think it looks fine.
