    LS2 throttle body removal

I am thinking about removing the throttle body from my LS2 to polish it up just to add a little more bling to the engine bay(already done all the easy stuff)
As this is a fly by wire can anyone tell me if the actuator on the throttle body will have to be recalibrated when replaced. if it does how would I go about it?
Is the actuator some type of stepping motor?
any advice and no no's greatly appreciated.
    Thanks and regards.

I think you will be fine, these items tend to be self calibrating.
Yes I think they're stepper motor actuated.
