    Stainless Steel Side Pipes

    Hi there,

My exhausts are loud and I like them that way but don't like the ringing ears and police attention. They are welded and the baffles are gone and are black.

I am looking for a set of stainless or chrome side pipes second hand or new if anyone can recommend somewhere that does a half sensible price? I want to keep a little V8 grunt as well so no Driving Miss Daisy sound

Also looking for someone in the North Wales / midland area that can really tune a 4 pot carb - ideally someone with Cobra knowledge?

    Thanks

    Sion

I would have to second the above comment re Daves Brook's side pipes. They look and sound great.

Another for DB pipes, they can be as loud as you want they're 3" internals as they come but they can easily be strangled as required.
I recently opened mine out to the full 3", loud but nice.
Previously had them baffled down to 2" everyone kept telling me it's too quiet.
I definitely felt an increase in power and torque too. 400 horse LS2 breathing through them.
I might try a half way house with 2.5" baffles.

You could pop them in the post Tone. I'll happily pay the postage, shouldn't be too bad with my Hermes.
