I need to make a heat shield to sit above the underslung exhausts where they pass under the fuel tank. The reasoning was in the event of a rear impact and the fuel tank splitting it would leak down onto the exhaust and possibly iginite.

There is a slight rub on the steering column where it passes through the footwell bulkhead. I hadn’t noticed this but could feel it whilst driving today.

Add some conduit to a couple of wires in the drivers footwell.

I will be on the phone Monday morning booking a retest.

Heat shields easily sorted with some of that waffle aluminium you can bend into shape with fingertips. I have a chunk here that would probably do if you need it in a hurry.

I have just booked my retest for this coming Thursday 25th March.

Hopefully its just a box ticking exercise.

Thanks. I was offered this Thursday or wait until 21st April, so I decided to strike whilst the iron was still hot!

Did you radius the rear light lenses or not?
