Connecting Tremec electronic speedo sensor to AK loom

    Hi
I've fitting a tremec connection (pigtail) to the electronic speedo pickup on my TKO600.
Struggling to find where to connect this in to the AK look - or do I just run a wire straight in to the speedo gaugue?

    Thanks

    Pete

Normally one of the two wires from the sensor goes to ground and the other goes to the speedo, not familiar with AK loom.

I'm fairly sure there is no provision for the speedo sender in the AK loom, just run a stand alone wire.

No, I'm not "repairing" it, I'm fine tuning its performance.

I would advise against grounding to chassis one side of the Tremec sensor and running a single wire to your Speedo.
Can I suggest you read this thread which was subsequently printed in Snake Torque.

If you take something to bits often enough, eventually you'll have two of them......
