Never heard of the make but the seller really should read his own advert to give it some credibility. Item specifics states rhd. Hpi check states not imported!

There's further information on this car in the form of a previous Brightwells auction description here.

    An interesting history ....

The UK conversion/IVA registration work was carried out by a company local to me - they're good guys and I get my Dax MOT'd by them every year.

The car's not my cup of tea at all - note the estimated hammer value of £15-£18k ......

If the new owner decides to remove the "rather weedy single catalytic-equipped exhaust" and connect the sidepipes, he'd need to do the reverse every year to get it through the MOT exhaust emissions no doubt listed on the V5. Note that it has no windscreen wipers, so he'll also need to fit some wipers and washers for the MOT too!

Not my cup of tea at all either but I just couldn't work out why it had two dirty great side pipes and a teeny weeny single underslung exhaust. Looking at the Brightwells pictures it seems the side pipes are a later addition. Presume they're not connected to anything or else why leave the underslung one on? Ho hum... each to their own.

Not one for me. For that money you could buy a recognised make and not one that will cause problems, exhaust for one. Good luck to the seller and everyone likes different Cobras. Rear is extra strange.

Did anyone elses ebay "other people also viewed this".... show up this..

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AC-Cobra-....c100005.m1851

is it a "real" one? Have I been living under a rock not to notice this before?

Also on ebay in the also viewed, interestingly this https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2012-AC-C....c100005.m1851

claims to be the car that was on wheeler dealers. I vaguely remember seeing that episode and they did something like widening the rear track (memory is vague) and it struggled with emissions or something I seem to recall. And also it had been built for a while but had hardly any miles on and wasn't registered or something... does anyone remember?
