    Well, the handbrake woes continue!
    Having basically ignored the handbrake for the last year I needed to get it sorted for an MOT. I spent all day today adjusting the shoes and cable positions on the two cables going to the shoes and also the attachment at the handbrake. I was making a little progress and achieved a fairly poor breaking effect before giving the handbrake lever one final tug and... bang. The connector on the end of the cable to the handbrake lever cracked and came off the end of the cable.
    This has got me thinking, maybe It’s time for the electronic handbrake upgrade?
    Are there any blog posts or forum posts describing how this has been done in the past?

    Tens out searching on the computer is easier than the iPhone! I’ve found Highlander and Craig’s very useful posts.
