    XJ40 Rear end

I have an XJ40 rear end going spare if anyone is in the market for one. (Out board disc brakes)

Complete with diff, drive shafts, hubs and brakes and associated bolts and hardware.

No wishbones, as I believe most companies now make their own wishbones.

As with all things Jaguar, it needs a good clean and refurb but going for a bargain as will be moving house in the near future.

Looking for £100 - if anyone is interested, I can get the part number/ratio and stick up a few photos later on.

Bristol based but happy to bring out to a motorway service station nearby for ease, unless the buyer wanted to see my car...

Different bottom arms......think you need the 1993-1995 Jaguar axle parts.
Same older style diff - Same lower wishbones as the XJ6 Xj12 XJS
but with the newer style 1/2 shafts and hubs

    Same as my spare.

good as i have the older lower arms already,
and wanted the option of the later outboard disc setup as its easier to work on and has a better handbrake
thanks for the conformation - and pic

    Not quite exactly the same.....
The inner fulcrum is the same ( the long pin side) but the outer pin is a different size and your XJ6 bolt would need a couple of spacers itted to your arms.

These late model 93-95 facelift Jag axles had the same looking bottom arms but the hole for the pin at the outside is slightly different diameter.
