    Securon seat belt fixings question

Used to know this, but forgotten....so........

What is the correct sequence of fixings for securing the top 'D' bracket where the belt passes through?

I have a 7/16" UNF bolt, a selection of crinkle washers, springs washers, flat washer, a 'top hat' spacer, plain nuts and nylocks and a plastic cap for the top of the UNF bolt.

I've currently ised the following sequence: Cap - bolt - spring washer - D bracket - top hat - plainwasher - nylock.

Got a feeling i should have a crinkle washer somewhere???
