    TRVs

Cobra unrelated: TRVs - spent a bit on kitting out the house with Drayton TRV-4s with new central heating system. About half of them have failed, less than 4 years on.
Any suggestions for good quality robust replacements?

They can get stuck. Especially if your systems water is dirty or there isn't enough inhibitor in it. Turn valve up to 5 and remove part you turn (undoes just above where pipe goes into radiator). Pin should be sticking up by about 10mm. If not get some pliers and pull it up. Then work it up and down until it works freely. Put top back on and should work

A drop of light oil on the pin usually helps too.
