E34 Horn connections and steering wheel

Right, so my steering column issues are not complete after removing the barrel and locking mechanism.

The next problem is I don't seem to have provision for a horn connection to the wheel.

I'm sure the last one had a plunger that ranb on the back of the boss?

I don't have the plunger or the boss, any advise welcome?

I'm thinking of taking the column to Europa to source the boss?

For some reason, all of a sudden I can't upload photos of what I have here.
    Regards

No, I'm not "repairing" it, I'm fine tuning its performance.

Is it an airbag or non airbag column. Horn is easily rectified if the plunger or earth connections are missing just put it on the dash.

Thanks Andy, I was on Ebay calling it everything but "a horn slip ring pin".

    Found them now.
