Planning to retro fit a micro switch to the AK pedal box (with some adjustment) for the brake light switch.
Anyone else ever done this? Any photos?
Regards
Craig Perry
No, I'm not "repairing" it, I'm fine tuning its performance.

Hello Craig
I did this to my DAX, I used a motorcycle rear brake type (pull switch) made fitting easy. Ill get a photo of it later when I'm home.

I fitted a CBS stop light switch (STSM) on a bracket to the pedal box.

AK GenII arrived 1st April
Let the cursing begin.........
That looks like a good job.
This is my plan for the weekend, and getting the column finally fitted.
I used a Ford escort switch from rally design and made a simple bracket on the pedal box.only did it because I had heard of pressure switches failing
That’s why I’m fancy doing something different.
My pressure switch failed within a few months of getting legal and on the road.
I made a small switch mount on the pedal box and with the correct amp micro switch I have had brake lights ever since. Very easy to do really. I will try to get some pictures and figure out how to post them.
