I believe that Unique Autocraft made the body shells for the Python ? I guess the name was trying to make people associate it with Autocraft ?

My AC rep was built using a Unique Autocraft body shell which has a 2" longer wheel base than a "standard Cobra" making the doors 2" longer. It has it's own bespoke chassis with fully adjustable wishbone suspension and Leda coil overs all round and was a one off build.

The two brothers who built my car had previously built 2 Dax Cobras for themselves so knew a fair bit about Cobras. Their choice of longer wheel base being down to they are both over 6ft and were looking for an easier to access cockpit. I have to say I've found it easier getting into an AK . The car has a standard "TRAC" windscreen.
