    Soft top or hard top

I know it's a personal preference but do any hard top owners regret purchasing?

I am about to press the button on a new hard top so I can use the car more often - my office commute is over 30 miles and not really suited for the Cobra but with a hard top I think I may use it more often.

I could also potentially use a soft top option but not sure whether that would be better or not - please share your views to help me decide.

I do have another 2 seater that does not have either a soft or hard top option!

    Thanks in advance.

I always hated driving my Cobra with the soft top on.
    Extremely noisy and claustrophobic.
Never had a hard top but people I've spoken to reckon they are much better.

Thanks - I have concluded a Andy Hatton fitted hard top - unfortunately he doesn't have paint facilities. It will come in black gel coat but I would want it painting to match. Anthony at Absolute Horsepower sorted the current striped paintwork but doubt he will want to sort just a hardtop. Is there anyone local to Andy Hatton & Essex who you would recommend?

Otherwsie I will have to sort someone local to York.

Going by his Facebook page he must be getting his paintwork done somewhere local to him.

    Yes - I have asked.

Any issues with the fuel filler being inside the hood from a fumes or filling perspective?

If its a vented cap, I would say you'll need a decent breeze through the car at all times!
