Have you followed the bedding in process? (A lot like an Italian tune up!)

Try something like Mintex Ceratex. Worked for me.

I've found this stuff to work well in the past,

    https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F273658032772

But also important to bed them in properly. Depending on what pads you have generally the more track/race orientated the more of a beating you have to give them.

Ferodo ds 2500/3000 ones need 8-10 stamps from high road speed to stand still. My last set were smoking when ready but not s prep out of them after.

This can also be caused by the polishing effect over braking or excessive braking can cause, especially during the hotter months.
If you take the pads out and using some course grip abrasive held on a flat surface, rub back and forth to remove the shiny surface.
Reinstall with anti squeal pads as mentioned and you should be good to go.
Best anti speeding device - a rear view mirror with a police car in it.
A pedestrian - someone who thought there was still a couple of gallons in the tank.
