    New registration rules

    Hi All,

Could someone with superior knowledge clarify the rules for obtaining a new registration for a newly built kit? Mine is an AK with all new parts apart from a few recon donor bits which are the diff and rear hubs. From the DVLA website they state that only one part can be reconditioned. Does that mean my car won't qualify for new registration? Or is it that the diff/hubs would be classed as one part i.e. the axle? And would small parts like a recon brake servo count as another item?

    Thanks for any help
