Wheel alignment - toe in settings

Just wondering if anyone has any advice on setting the toe in for the first time?

Offside tyre hits the inner wheel arch when at full right lock but the nearside is fine.

Steering rack limiters are fitted already, so think the offside just needs a little bit more toe in to stop it from happening, but I'd like to ensure both sides are set properly.

    Cheers

1mm to 2mm toe in at the rim each side.

Sounds like your rack isn’t centralised in the straight ahead position hence more travel one way and no clearance than that of the other.

I would look at the amount of lock on your steering wheel from central to left and right lock to confirm you have the steering rack equal when installing your UJ's. Adjusting toe set correctly is a must and not to adjust to eliminate the issue. Another thing to check is that you have the correct off set wheels for AK as the off sets on the wheels do vary.
