Hi Craig,
the Wilwood will almost certainly be 1/8" NPT
I'd go for -4 hose.
Not sure on the LT77 slave but probably 3/8" unf?
I need to get a custom made flexy pipe to connect my master cylinder to the slave.
Any idea what the thread sizes are going to be on the Willwood master and the Land Rover LT77 slave?
Also the pipe size I need?
Regards
Craig Perry
No, I'm not "repairing" it, I'm fine tuning its performance.

Isn’t 1/8th npt a tapered thread?
I’m fairly sure it’s not tapered else how would it tighten onto a hard pipe?
I’ve found 3/8th UNC for the master and 7/16th UNC for the master, hopefully that’s correct as I’m ordering the pipe tomorrow.
I’ll get Banjo’s at either end so if it’s wrong I won’t lose too much.
Hi,
Mine was a giring master to LT77. I got the line from HEL online you can pick colour, 90 degree bends, different ends, grommets and length all delivered for about £26 HEL fittings work on concave and convex ends no need to specify. My ends where swivel male 3/8" x 24 UNF & swivel male 7/16" x 20 UNF. Can't remember which end is which🤔

BSPT is the tapered thread (both male and female). They may appear to be interchangeable in some sizes but the threads have different angles so they may not seal very well.

The Girling master cylinder is the 3/8" x 24 UNF
