    Tremec TKO600 to LS3

I have a Tremec TKO600 TCET5009 (GM) gearbox that I want to fit to my car and I have an LS3 engine. So I thought it would be the right gearbox to fit.
I have spoken to Roadcraft but Brian says he is unable to help me because the bellhousing and clutch parts he sells are for the TCET5008 (Ford) gearbox.
Has anyone else fitted the TCET5009 version to an LS3 and where did you get the bellhousing and clutch parts from?
For information the TCET5008 has a longer input shaft.

    Thank you.
I'll send them an e-mail and see if they'll put me a kit together with the clutch etc etc.

Strange Brian can’t help as he sold me the exact same package together?

TKO600 and LS3 with bell housing, clutch and drive coupling for prop as a total package.

Yes, you are correct, but he sells the 5008 version gearbox which is the Ford fitment and has the long input shaft.
He then fits it to the LS using a longer bellhousing etc. Somethig to do with "more choice of clutches". I have no idea why.

Yep that's why I suggested your "favourite supplier" Real Steel (http://www.realsteel.co.uk/), Brian at Roadcraft, US Automotive (https://www.usautomotive.co.uk/), Topspeed Automotive (01932 341700) should be able to import one for you - I know Topspeed can because that's where mine came from, or if you want to cut out the middle-man then Jegs, Summit or any other US supplier and have it shipped (for free) to Ron @ STS Imports (https://www.stsimports.co.uk/) who will stick it in a container for you in LA and bring it in to the UK (for a small fee) - that's the slowest but cheapest way to get it here.

Last option is how I got my whole engine rebuild set, stroker kit, carb etc (Jegs, Summit) and driveline (Modern Driveline) here from the US, and I think the shipping was under £200 with Ron - all the suppliers in the US shipped for free to his US partner address.

Do you need the shorter input shaft or the longer one?
I have a brand new one removed from my Contemporary's TKO 600.
I had the same issue and resolved it by replacing the input shaft on the box.
I can't remember which way I went off hand.
I'll try and find the part no.

Would never have guessed that you meant Real Steel. Never used them.
Brian already said he can't help me.
I'm waiting a reply from 3 places in USA.
