    Phosphoric acid (40ish%) cleaned my headers up a treat (and a bit of elbow grease)

    Thanks Jim. Not sure how it would react with the white zircotec coating (which I don't think was a particularly good investment).

    Ah, mine are stainless, maybe a call to zircotec people first would be wise
