    Clutch Pipe

The clutch master cylinder on my AK cobra kit has a 3/8" UNF thread , now i need to order the copper pipe and a flexible pipe to go down to the slave cylinder, i believe the copper pipe needs to be 1/4" outside diameter is this correct.,this will mean a male connector of 3/8" UNF x 1/4" id.

If I can make a suggestion, forget the copper pipe, talk to these guys and just fit a full flexy with custom ends.

No, I'm not "repairing" it, I'm fine tuning its performance.

Flexible will be a lot easier to fit. Ridged will allowing for less movement.

Yes use 1/4" pipe / hose otherwise the clutch will feel heavy. I used 1/4" copper pipe and -4 Goodridge stainless braided hose. Then used a 3/8 unf connector into the 1/4" pipe at the slave and a banjo at the master cylinder. All the parts were supplied by a local hose manufacture and cost £35 for everything.image.jpegimage.jpegimage.jpeg
