    Which thread for side screens

Because I want to mount my side mirrors on my windscreen frame, I need longer bolts.
For sure the current bolts are not M5.
Can somebody inform me which boltdimension is normally used to mount side screens to the windscreen frame?

Because I am from The Netherlands, I am not very familiair with the UK sizes of the small bolts.

    Many thanks

If it’s a brasscraft screen the thread is 2BA. Be careful you get the length correct or else you’ll crack the screen.

    Hello Pete

Many thanks for the prompt reply and answer.
Now I have to see where to get these because in NL this isn’t a common dimension

If you contact brasscraft he will tell you the correct length for the screen screws. Add on your fixing thickness and he will get you the correct screws i'm sure.

I think that Ebay link will ship to the EU, even though we're not keeping you all prosperous now, we'll still send some Cobra parts.

No, I'm not "repairing" it, I'm fine tuning its performance.

First I will try to get them somewhere local, otherwise via eBay, No problem,
I can shorten the bolts to the correct length. Just have to make sure the bolts are not too long.

    Many thanks
    Marcel
