    I wasn't expecting it as a concern but can't really argue with the logic, although if something shunts a fibreglass car it's not going to provide much protection anyway. I've added another sheet of Aluminium between the fuel tank and exposed bumper bracket threaded bar. I've also added dome nuts to the ends of the threaded bar holding the bumper in place. I'm hoping it's enough (IVA pt2 on the 20th March). The examiner suggested the extra sheet of metal in place. I've added the dome nuts as another level of protection.

    No concerns over rounded edges for the bumpers themselves though.

    If i was doing it all again, I would attach the lights without the bumper in place.

    I’m following mark on this one ! Add some metal accordingly plus dome, (and spring washer) will take pictures
