    Isolated myself to the driveway!

Finally, I have finished my sidepipes!! I have wrapped them in titanium wrap - just need to finish off the passenger side to the exit hole. these are Dave Brookes sidepipes and I really cannot wait to try them out.

Be patient Kev, I was working to getting it completed for Stoneleigh, only quick jacks, one side vent and fog/reverse light for the exterior. Carpet, seats and lower heat vents for the interior then I promise I will do a write up on the changes to achieve the overall look I’ve stayed with. Now I’m being told to work from home, I should have it done sooner than the original Stoneleigh dates!!
Anyway I could not think of anything better than self isolating inside the cockpit of a cobra............

They use the standard brackets from DAX and an anti-vibration bobbin.
The bracket bolts to the underside of the chassis. You need to drill and tap a hole for the screw.

    cheers,

I welded on stainless steel plates like AK do on their sidepipes, they then fitted straight onto the AK bobbin and brackets as per AK fitting.

These are the DAX brackets. I'm guessing you could also weld the brackets to the underside of the chassis.
