I bought Whit427's old unique autocraft

    Hi there,
last week I bought Whit427's cobra unseen. When it arrived I was massively impressed with the quality of the build . . . it's fabulous and I'm over the moon. Only manged to have one proper drive due to the lock down, but I love it.

I bought it from Guy Broad
https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1210470 a Jaguar specialist who changed the look of the car with a few subtle tweaks . . . . just to how I like it.

I'd love to drop Whit427 a message, but when trying I get the the following message: Whit427 has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space

Whit427 if you read this perhaps you could drop me a line (and clear out you inbox)?

    Regards
    Phil

Jon (Whit427) was very helpful re. fitment of Simon hubs which does enhance the look of the car you have bought. Wheels appear to have been powder coated black since the upgrade in addition to the decals. Nice looking example though and hope you get to enjoy it sooner rather than later. Cheers.

Looking back through Jon's old posts I see that he had the car SVA'ed in Norwich back in 1999. Well the car has come 'home' as that's where I live . . . bit of a coincidence, especially as I understand he moved to Scotland.

Welcome Phil, I'm currently restoring a unique autocraft and Jon was incredibly helpful. If you DM your contact details I'll pass them onto Jon. I'm sure he would be delighted to hear from you. Jeremy
