    I have just bypassed my heater after a day out today , i have a valve which diverts water back cutting out heater but i think it don't work cos it was blinking hot i can easily refit it if needed, Pete

    I fixed my heater feeding hot air into the cockpit even when the hot water feed was turned off. I switched the fan to run in reverse.

    A good solution but unfortunatly wont work on newer cars as they now normally have to get a clean air feed for the fan which most people I believe get from the passinger footwell.
