    You don’t have any dimensions do you? I’m keen to make some of these myself over the winter, would be handy to have a starting point.

    I've done a diagram from the one's i've machined :



    All dimensions are in mm.
    The right side must retain your attention as you have little space between the end of the stub axle cone (small diameter) and the inner bearing race. THis is why you must adjust the 2 dim as specified according to your stub axle profile and bearings. You can adjust dim to match your end float goal or make a shorter part and insert shim(s).

    I've modified the drawing above to try an suit the larger stub axle and also to make into 2 parts to allow easier adjustment. Hope the picture comes out!
