    This reminds me that I need to call my engine guy - last time I spoke to him he asked if I wanted it dynoing on an engine Dyno before delivery.. expensive though, circa £1500 extra.. but I'd have some nice numbers (I hope!)

    Thats an extraordinary price.
    Mine was dynoed by Mike Huddart as part of the re-build and cam break-in. I only have the top numbers, not the plots as the dyno Mike had didnt do print outs, but they arent really comparable anyway.

    I'd save yourself the money, and then wait for a rolling road day when you've got the car.

    half day on a rolling road would normally be around £400? I had my SBC dynoed at Tim Adams. Can't remember the cost but it was maybe £2-300?

    Ignore the nay sayers Aaron, just make sure the engine builder uses a lot of Vaseline when he breaks you in
