    2 1/2" diameter Escutcheon plates

Next thing on my list. My SRV8 has a particularly large 2 1/2" diameter roll hoop. Im wondering if anyone has any ideas for getting ali or stainless escutcheon plates ? Or anything else which might work to trim round the holes nicely?

Get some friendly soul to draw them in CAD (or learn it yourself) and then send the files for laser cutting. Either ali or stainless. Laser cutting does not give a bevelled edge for that you might need to go with ali and a CNC router rather than laser. If they're anything like the laser cutters round here there is a minimum charge (around NZ$60) so it may be work getting other stuff done at the same time or have several sets made and then sell the spares.

Thanks for the responses, I will try SandJ and have emailed a couple of local companies just in case.

That's my next job to do on my SRv8,
I think I will do my own with the suggested Crome on brass,
much easier to work with and will look good.
About twenty five years ago I used just a piece of black rubber
pipe connected together with a black windscreen washer connector !
Just as a temporary means to stop water ingress .
This was one of the lower priority jobs back then.
