Jag Driveshaft - Inner hub Seal Track?

In process of building up Jag rear end on my GD. Wards refurbished hubs. Had a note with hubs stating Seal Track should not spin on driveshaft, mine does. I note the part number for the Inner hub seal track (CCC6807) appears universal across all types of jags. What's others experience of this, tight or loose fit?

Must admit I've no personal experience with this (didn't even realise that was a separate part) but surely that part is going to be clamped tight when hub is all tighened up so shouldn't be a problem? Obviously shouldn't rattle about on the shaft or there would be a good chance of not running concentric.

Thanks for the response. In interim emailed Wards they said solution is to use a good Loctite/Bearing fit

Yes ditto, mine were tight on car 1, but loose on car 2, for reasons unknown so locktited on as per ward
