aha! - so, it does look like there is a limit in a couple different ways:

jpg file size (1024x768 works fine)
it doesn't like large PNG either, 1024x768 is too big - could be a file size issue - 1.5MB at this resolution

but got it working again based on the above info - cheers

Sadly Rob hasn’t been on or done any maintenance for years now, I’ve got the Admin rights for sorting out logons/password resets/banning peeps etc, but fairly sure I can’t tweak the fundamentals……although I will go have a play later tonight and see if I can up the piccy size limits.

PS, I use Imgur as well

Just my little bit to help.

Now then, explored a new bit of the software……let’s see if I can crash the site

I’ve just changed the .PNG stuff to 2000000 bytes and 1024*768.

If someone gives it a go and gets success I’ll have a tweak of the others as well

    Cheers

Ha, I’ve got the power , right, I’m going to need some sensible parameters for the other formats……bear with me while I go find what we’ve got currently.

    PS - good photo

    Nice one Jim

    cheers re photo comment

can we amend png to 4MB, none*none (assuming none*none means no limits) - it's better quality than jpg, as it's a loss less compression method unlike jpg.

    Gary,
PNG now set at 4000000 bytes, none*none (pixel limits). So that should work ….or block totally (don’t really know how the pixel stuff works in the settings).

    Fire away

    Cheers
