    Ford 302 manifold coolant crossover

Just replacing my Ford 302 intake manifold as part of my winter upgrade but just discovered there is no coolant crossover between the cylinder heads at the rear of the new manifold , my question is does it matter ? I believe some manifolds have them and others don’t just curious if it’s going to be an issue as I don’t want to cook anything. Standard iron heads on an 85 block thanks in advance

It’s no big deal, I’ve recently had both an IDA and an IDF quad carb manifolds through my hands, neither had rear coolant passages.
