I have my eyes on a friends Ferrari Dino replica.
But the wife says at my tender age of 71 I should be doing more walking.

Where's the nearest divorce court ??

Italy has some beautiful mountains for walking.
There is also a certain pass on the mountain roads that might suit.

When I eventually lose the cobras which hopefully will be a long time away, I have two cars on the list,
A Sunbeam tiger, and completely tangentially a Willys jeep

Really sad to hear this but I guess it will come to us all in the end. Hope you find something you enjoy to replace it.
