Talking Well "slap my thighes!"

Tootled down to the meeting at the Ley Arms on Sunday - expecting a few die hards to appear.
Stone me we broke the record for cars attending !!

15 cars turned up including a prospective new member in Scott and his lady Sue in a 4 wheel drive Cosworth powered motor and Ted and Heather in the Spanish registered left hooker. (Breaks the previous record of 13)

Now if Anthony had turned up instead of washing his hair and NeilO hadn't been coaching his son in the fine art of rugby - we really wuld have taken over the pub!!
(Talking of Rugby - didnt the Northern Hemisphere do well?)

Filled the centre of the car park and some of the edges so the Grockles had to park out in the road!!

Forgot my camera as usual so Stu lent me his for a few snaps - see enclosed

Colin regaled us with his latest drag racing expoits - (he now wants to fit a LS7).

Great to see eveybody and good craic was had by all - especially Martin L who was somewhat miffed at the state of his front tyres !!

He's not speaking to me anymore.

Could be something to do with wardrobe doors.

It would appear that Colin is French.

I notice that in the second picture he is surrendering.
Not sure who to though.......

Heather perhaps?
