Brooklands Motorsport and Aviation Museum

It was good to see a few Cobra's at the "British Sports Car Day" Did you let rip on the Test Hill? I got my club interested in the show but had no idea just how much we would dominate it!

Louise,

I went in the Tin Top, yep saw just a few caterham's. Which one was yours.

I saw one silver hawk, a couple of pilgrims and a really nice RAM.

It was hot!!!!, great day, did the L7C enjoy the day?.

John.

Re: Brooklands Motorsport and Aviation Museum

Andy, I did take some pics (and video footage) but must say what little photographic skills I have were well and truly left at home!!! My excuse is that my Hayfever was terrible and I was hot

As you know John, the L7C display was next to the GT40 club (yum), and R400 NOT was two down from their gazebo, on the back row (should you have any shots or a good memory!)

The day started by leading a posse of Sevens to Brooklands, which was fun! I was amazed at the turnout, and they just kept coming!! It was the first time I had been involved with organising something for the club, therefore I was chuffed at how well it turned out. There were not as many cars on display as I had expected (with the exception of my lot ) but the L7C did seem to enjoy it. Not to forget the fab venue, which is always good to look around. It was interesting to see the work being on Concorde, wasn’t it.

Awww, thank you for the fashion tip. Where would a girl be without her Transvestite friend? Oh sorry, you may be referring to your manly kilt. I am sure you slipped into something a little floatier afterwards though.
