North of Ditchingham

While doing domesticated things in my silver tin can, a nice looking Cob - dark blue with roundels - passed me northbound on the Ditchingham to Norwich road this afternoon (Mon 9 June). .

I tooted and waved - don't know who you are but it's the first Cob I've seen hereabouts.

It was only a fleeting glimpse Simon but it was definitely yesterday (Monday), and no stripes. I was at Snnnetttttterton (bless you) on Sunday.

How come you were at Seething, I go there quite a bit but never seen you ! P'raps I should keep my eyes open more - but I would have spotted another Cob.

I'll take mine up there as soon as the exhaust manifiold gasket is replaced....tooooo loud and raspy

I'm in Broome, by the way

Thumbs up

Now as I see it there are two reasons to go to Seething, one involves men looking down long tubes at night trying to see some stars, not for me that, and the other is FLYING. I fly from Seething when ever I can and that's usually once a week if not more at this time of the year, give me a shout some time and come and join us on a sunday and I might get you a very high view of the Cob, Simon

Thanks Simon, that's very kind of you

Had a PPL myself years ago, but didn't keep it up - don't you know those things are heavier than air ???
