Re: spotted PURPLE AK

Chris
Wheels went on about 10;30 last night. Seem to fit perfect. However I did notice the old wheels had rubbed the inner wheel arches I would imagine over fast large bumps. There is no evidence of this on the tyres. I have marked the rubbed areas with tippex and will drive around with the new wheels for a couple of days and see what happens. The wheels are going in with the car on monday. (steering weld and spray the wheels). What torque should the wheel nuts be as the wrench I have is massive and I don't want to overcook it?? Then I need to figure out how to connect the spinners.
Thanks for your hospitality it took ages to get back. And then I had to sort out the accident paperwork.
Good luck
bill
