Fleet Carnival Car show

Just had notification from the Carnival Organisers that they would love us to attend again this year as last years show was such a success.

Details on FLEET & DISTRICT CARNIVAL 2008 - 'Travel and Transport' - Some of our cars are on the website. Well Noel's and mine anyway I think Fame at last.....

The car show is in the same place as last year on Sunday 13th July from 10am with public entry from 12.

Let me know if you wish to attend and I can advise them of numbers. The more the merrier. Free entry - Graham will go then!

You never know we may be graced with a royal attendance by Tony's Crendon?

Cheers

Will they pay my petrol to get there?

Only kidding, it sounds good.

Can you ask them for a new prize categories of :

"Most courteous footwell lights"
"Most unique electrical installation involving motor driven flaps"
"Best bonnet stay mounting support" (I'll definately win this one)

That way I might stand a chance of winning a rossette

Cheers

Nick,

I've received this as well - and I need to go becasue I have their trophy from last year!

I guess it would be better to co-ordinate this - and you seem to have put your hand up for it! Good to see our pitch in pride of place on their flyer.

Hi Alan, The TV mob are welcome as well all the same faces as last year?

Let's see if we can get 20 this time?

By the way if you look at the section on the 2007 carnival. Your car is displayed in all its glory at the end of the page.

Let me know numbers and I'll sort it out.

Cheers

And the first and last photos in the car slideshow too - fame at last!

I'll canvass the TV folks to get a view of likely numbers.
