Ah - bonjour mon ami!

Well, you seem to have brought the sun back with you - good man!

I'm planning to go straight there - but if there's a logical meeting place for a group of you, please feel free to make your own arrangements. There seems to be a plan by Noel and Nick to meet at Pete K's place.

I'm aiming to get there before 10:00 to see if I need to get us moved from the field to the car park.

I've cleaned the car and adjusted the bonnet latches (!), so all I need to do now, so as not to be outdone by you Steve, is to dig out my fold-up armchair, coffee table and fridge

Noel,

I've got three in the boot, not sure if the missus is coming or not but should have one spare at least.

See you about 10:15 round at mine, we'll shoot round to Nicks and annoy his neighbours.

Pete

(Blimey, bit cold in Blighty ain't it! )

OK all, the sun is shining this morning, and it looks as though we’re going to have a fully filled pitch at the Fleet Autoshow. It opens to the public at 11:00 this morning, and there are plenty of things for the whole family. So, whether you’re in your Cob or not, why not come along to the show? It’s at the The Views meadows, behind the Council Offices in Harlington Way in Fleet. And if you do come along, please come along to our pitch for a chat/cuppa. It will be sporting the CRC sail banner, so it should be easy to find!

For all those bringing cars onto the pitch – thanks for your support, and I’ll see you there. Set-up is from 10:00.

Summer’s back!

I was robbed!!!!

Nick, aka "Nobby" has PM'ed me as his step son, who was part of the team that runs the show was looking for me and my car. I was supposed to get the second prize but it was too late, I was on my way to Sainsburys.

Noel even phoned me up to rub in the fact that he got a prize.

The whole thing was a clever setup, I'm telling ya.

Robbed....Robbed....Robbed.

Pete

Pete if you were robbed i think Alan should send his first prize to Brookesy ha ha, seriously the gel coat finish on Noel's car was superb but i thought it was wrong after your wife spent all morning polishing your car while you chatted
Have you got a sister-in-law for me, Tony
