Build progress

Hi All
Just a quick note to update the interested parties as to our build progress.
I asked Helen to tentatively find out when our Viper can be slotted in for the primer paint job with our bloke. She came home and said "It is booked in for Saturday 31 March (this year)".
So that leaves me 2 weeks to sort all the minor probs out aswel as the major ones.
I am towing the cob (towing dolly) 2 miles on monday to get the wheel tracking and front tie bars adjusted (Cortina).
After that i can see if the front passenger wheel arch needs more cutting / shutting to get the wheel central.
I have been dreaming over the last 3 years of getting somewhere near this point, and it suddenly has loomed up.
I will post pics in gallery / in forum as i progress.
Cheers
Kevin & Helen

Well done mate, it's certainly got a few more colours on it since I saw it last.

WHEN you get it on the road you've got to be the number one candidate for "Cobra builder of the year". Great achievement.

Gawd - if the exhaust and/or wind noise doesn't deafen you, those speakers certainly will!

Stereo should be good for 600watts RMS, so hopefully will block out wind noise and remove earwax at the same time.
Seeing as we have no windscreen, i think my fave Pink Floyd song 'comfortably numb' will be quite fitting .
Post SVA i;m going to look for a high output altenator, so as battery won't keep going flat
Cheers
Kevin
