    AK Gen2 5.7L supercharged.

    Hello forum folks.

Sadly I need to be moving my Cobra on due to a house build and new baby late last year. I'm in a quandary as to where I should pitch the starting price, as I appreciate its a unique car and may be slightly outside the usual cobra mould, so any suggestions would be welcomed (I also won't be offended if its not your cup of tea!)

Cars been registered for nearly 4 year, but hasn't been driven at all since the end of august 2020. I'll be putting an MOT on it next week and getting it prepared for road worthiness with fluid and filter changes and a general nut and bolt check etc.

    general specs are:
    AK Gen2
    xj40 donor parts fully refurbished.
SBC350 with: ali heads, uprated cam, edelbrock E-Force twin carb supercharger, 1.6 roller rockers, MSD AL6-2 timing control with boost referenced ignition retarding circa 400-450 bph depending which pully you put on the supercharger)
Tremec tko500 (brand new, less then 500 miles)
American Racing 427 wheels, with brand new tyres
    black wrapped side pipes,
    heated seats
new discs and pads all round
Air/fuel ratio lambdas and gauge for each bank (helps with tuning etc)
    Leather perforated dashboard
    ETB instruments
    Wood wheel
    Black screen surround and details
LED headlights with halo running lights
    Led rear lights
Land Rover dark metallic grey with matching matt stripes and hand pinstripes.

and all the usual cobra type bits.

    No roof or hardtop.

The cars taken a back seat of recent, so will need a little tlc from the new owner to bring it back up to full glory. My dilemma is should I do that, or leave it for the next to personalise it? I was thinking circa £40k as a starting point?

Open to price suggestions and also offers if anyone knows of a buyer looking for something requiring minor tinkering and personalisation.

    Alex

£40k seems a little low given the engine spec, to me. You're right about it being unusual - it would sell well in the US, I'll bet, but over here I think you'll get most interest from dealers who'll repaint it blue, slap white stripes on it and reinstate the chromework

Mind if I ask where you got the LED indicator/stop/etc lamps from?

engine spec is a plus, supercharger blocking your view of the road might be an acquired taste! haha!

Headlights are aftermarket defender ones, and the tail lights I made from fog lights and coloured halo rings!
