Must admit I’ve never found my choice of car colour makes much difference to how often I wash or shower

Ok I really like the Silverstone colour as in the pic. I’m just a bit worried it might be a tad dark to go with black stripes....As for dark and depressing I like to think mean and moody....

Each to their own, but I have loved the descriptions I’ve read here, I think “Airfix Kit” is my favourite. For the record I don’t think Aaron is considering yellow, despite my efforts to persuade him otherwise and I think Dek has been equally unsuccessful lobbying for aubergine.
Apologies David, collateral damage - Aaron at one stage was considering a full yellow interior I think, that's what I was ribbing him about.
I guess he won't be lending me his spare compressor now.

Don't you listen to the mean kids, some of the greys look really good on a Cobra, not matt airfix colour but the ones like you posted can look really good.

I quite like the airfix kit look .. the name seems quite apt considering most of us do actually have plastic kits

BTW Kev - I'm not totally convinced that my big compressor (50L tank, twin cylinder direct drive) is man enough to run a spray gun on a whole car.. I'll ponder that on your thread instead of here, though

    As for Dek's aubergine ..
